![]() ![]() So! Luckily the Windows 8 driver (BEHRINGER_UMC_Driver_v2_23_0) DOES have a mono sampling rate (Manage Audio Devices -> advanced -> Default format -> 1 channel, 24 bit, 192k HzĮverything now works like a charm and windows now has a duplicated mono microphone audio source! Thought I'd share this since it took me days to find out. Then I found a post somewhere that older drivers feature a mono sampling rate, which is not currently present in all W10 drivers. To solve this I ordered a XLR y-splitter cable but soon enough this raised the question whether my mic will be damaged if it received 2x 48V phantom power, parallel or serial.įor some reason I kept thinking it's more of a driver issue as the computer is easily eable to take only the left channel as mono signal. Unfortunately I did not realize upon purchasing but there is also no stereo/mono button on this model. ![]() Recently got the UMC202HD and as many people experienced, my microphone only has a signal on the left channel since the second input is outputting to the right channel. ![]()
